ETA : 7th September 2011, 7.50pm.
Flight arrival from Taipei.
Touchdown : Seatac Airport
I had ten days [and counting] to explore this amazingly pretty city situated up north west
of Washington State.
Was welcomed by an entourage of the amazing AWs :)
Definitely nice to know that I've got a home away from home here.
Well,it has definitely been a busy week. International Students orientation took place earlier this week,
Freshmen Orientation starts tomorrow! So far so good.
Started off being a little very lonely and depressed and homesick but as the days progressed,
the man up there has blessed me with better tomorrows everyday!
But i definitely still need some time to fully open up and be who i am when I'm back
home : crazy.
Still a little bit reserved and shy. and sleepy. My grandma says that I always have
a 'sleepy face look' everytime she sees me. something must be wrong with my exterior profile.
must be the eyebags. the ginormous annoying eyebags.
I need that boost of sugar rush to get my happy bones smiling and dancing at full potential again!
One thing tho, I do start to miss Beijing school life a little bit.
I have no idea why! :(
Maybe once class starts, and once tomorrow starts, once
i meet my roommate, once i truly settle in, hopefully, the sun will shine brighter.
Nevertheless, I'm having the adventure of my life : starting a new chapter.
Meeting new people and learning. Gaining knowledge.
Honestly, i cant wait for classes to start!
NERD.
Who doesnt want to be a nerd. havent you heard? It's the coolest thing around town
-even Einstein rocked that fluffy hair style of his.
People here has definitely been extra friendly and helpful.
The hall I'm living in is nice and cozy. place is pretty.campus is pretty.
Reminds me of KTJ hallways a little bit,
just that it's coed now.
FUN FACT : We had to represent our own country for a presentation in front of the entire
international group. Guess who's the only Malaysian in town?
AND the toilet has automatic towel dispenser machines! -sakai
