Freshmen 15 rants

I was reluctant at first, to step on that scale of horror.
But I did it anyways. I mean, how bad can it get?
I ran for half an hour, did rowing exercises, burned some calories,
I'll probably weigh lighter after that you know.


and then the moment of truth arrived. 
I stepped on the scale, and.
this is the heaviest i've ever weighed in my entire 19years.
my roommate and i always complain about the extra layers during the nights
just cuz. 
and you know how you'd always say 
" im so going on a diet starting tomorrow" 
and you see something you like at the cafe or bakery and you forget
all about it. and this so called diet rituals carry on forever! 
But nevertheless, girls, embrace your college curves! ;)
For the first year, your body is going through a transition so, 
just let that be an excuse.
You can go and worry during Sophomore, junior and senior year!
One thing tho, never forget to kept a more active and healthy lifestyle
alongside devouring those sinful delights!


On another note, i finally got to skype with my family yesterday and 
it was amazing. i miss you guys heap loads :(

And somehow, I tend to be more hyped up and loud when it comes
to them. lame too :) 

i just had to include this photo my brother slyly took of me. so hilarious! haha

I have been missing on this blog for awhile now. It's finals week and it has been a hectic one. another week and I'll be off to Cali! Well I hope you're having an amazing day there! If the day hasn't started off great for you, then i wish you'll have a brighter and more positive day there! smile and remember to start living :)
